Own It

  • Record transactions in respective system provided by Pos Malaysia.
  • Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including Hypercare: bookings, enquiries, supply requests, urgent customer support) to Key Account customers in addition to customized contracted services (e.g. Reporting etc.).
  • Proactively inform customers on shipment delays and potential service failures.
  • Subsequently coordinate within POS Malaysia network to achieve promised transit times, service levels and other contracted service requirements for Key Account customers.
  • Prepare written correspondence to customers when required to furnish information requested by customers or in dealing with complaint resolution.
  • Make joint visits to key account customers with sales staff as and when necessary to solicit feedback to improve the service provided to the customers.
  • Ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.

  • Provide solution and follow up until customer's issue is resolved.
  • Lead and drive customer satisfaction by providing best-in-class standards with a view towards establishing and maintaining a competitive advantage.
  • Identify and promote areas with potential for revenue generation to cross-sell, upsell services including value added.
  • Manage customer interactions via multiple channels such as call, chat and email.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in customer service industry, handling and resolving customers issues and complaints.
  • Possess good communication and writing skills (English & Malay language, Mandarin Speaking-added advantage).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office product suite; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  • Able to work on shift basis, over time and public holiday.
  • Able to commute independently to Pos Malaysia designated work location.
