2. Key Responsibilities Job (MT & GT): Manage and develop key accounts by building strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share and revenue goals.
Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing accounts, such as cross-selling and upselling products, and expanding product lines.- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability.
Monitor and report on account performance, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review sales performance, product range, and promotional activities.
Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members assigned to key accounts.- Negotiate and manage pricing and contract terms with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, and that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Negotiate on product launches, pricing strategy, space management and both national and local promotional activities.
- 3. Job Description (Trade Marketing):
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans for both Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
- Plan and manage trade marketing activities, including promotions, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of trade marketing programs in the field.- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the MT and GT channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.- Create and implement point-of-sale materials and displays to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align trade marketing activities with overall brand strategies and campaigns.
- Train and support the sales team on trade marketing programs, tools, and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
