Job Description

Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia. We are licensed and registered in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and operating in Vietnam, and backed by Sequoia India and Softbank Ventures Asia Corp amongst many others and provides business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which is crowdfunded by individual and institutional investors.

What you will do:


Conduct outbound calls to existing client to encourage utilization.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
Develop and monitor performance indicators
Compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents;
Record/update internal systems for any financing application.
Prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document;
To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time;

Requirements

What we are looking for:


A high school diploma or equivalent OR
A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Telesales
An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Exemplary written and oral communication skills in English. Additional languages such as Chinese/BM is an added value.
Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
