Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The role will involve providing excellent customer service, effective communication, and strategic account management on a day-to-day basis.

  • Sales and Key Accounts management skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of document management technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
