Job Responsibilities
Own It:
- Retain Key Account customers and nurture those relationships over time by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Become a strategic partner and advisor to the clients, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Develop and diversifying business so that revenue increases, guaranteeing the future growth of businesses.
- Responsible for meeting the KPI through effective planning.
- Own, monitor and drive all sales activities of customers, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline and sustaining customer deals.
- Manage enquiries and provide technical support to customers.
Build Trust
- Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues.
One Team
- To align with colleagues when on boarding new customers.
- To regularly review customer portfolios with the HOD and team.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
Move Fast
- Adapt, simplify and act quickly based on business needs.
Delight Customers
- Facilitate the new business agreement or renewal of business agreements/arrangements with customer/partners whenever necessary.
- Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention through high levels of service quality.
- Develop positive working relationship with customers, partners and other department staffs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of similar working capacity within logistics, sales and services.
- Must possess a strong ability to identify opportunity and win businesses.
- Good communications skills and able to front and manage customer's escalations / requests.
- Ability to work independently as well as fostering teamwork and collaboration between inter-BUs.
