1. POSITION SUMMARY
- Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- To be the lead of field work of drug enlistment.
- To be the lead of sales management in order to achieve the sales targets and implement the sales and marketing strategy in accordance to plans and policies
- Customers Service of specialty products (Specialists and HCPs in Public Hospitals and Private clinics & Hospital)
2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good knowledge of biologic drug enlistment in both Public and Private Sectors.
- Able to achieve the sales targets by recruiting new patients for Celltrion Healthcare Products in both public and private territories.
- Able to analyze regional, district and territorial sales performance data and identify areas for improvement and present the data in the routine sales meeting for management to review
- Ability to articulate the business needs, evolving market environment and aggressive competition and execute with priority and ROI in sales presentation
- Demonstrate good knowledge on benefits of Celltrion Healthcare Products and key messages to the customers clearly and precisely
- Able to coordinate with the distributor and hospitals & clinics Pharmacist procurement to ensure the penetration of products in the market
- Good rapports with specialists relating to Celltrion Healthcare's products
- Able to monitor the specialty market by initiating the reports on competitor's activities tracking, price comparison and monthly reports etc. and provide timely feedbacks and suggestions to management.
- Good adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the sales activities.
- Able to perform extra tasks which assigned from the management
3. WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 Years of sales experience
- Sales experience on biologics in oncology and immunology
4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Good lobbying and interpersonal skills for drug enlistment
- Analytical skills for local market.
- Able to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Computer skills including the Excel, Word and Outlook at a highly proficiency level
5. EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Allied Medical Course is preferred
