We are seeking for experienced Asst / Key Account Manager to join our team and drive growth within our chain store account customers. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing a collaborative relationship with our retail partners to plan, execute sales strategies, drive product visibility in stores, and maximize revenue opportunities for MEDICOS and e'lioe.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management within pharmacy / groceries / health & beauty channel.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share within assigned chain store accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Trading Buyers and key decision-makers within chain store accounts.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of account strategies.
- Analyze sales data, monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of trade agreements to drive mutual growth.
- Provide monthly forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management on account performance and market trends.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving growth within key accounts.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
