Our products are sold across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, both direct-to-consumer online and in more than 7,000 retail stores - making more than 12 million periods better so far.

Who we're looking for

You'll work alongside the founders, sales, marketing, design, marketing and cross-functional teams to strategize and execute the scale-up of our period care product sales to consumers through modern trade and other retail stores across Malaysia.

You will be spearheading communications with our key retailers and driving both sales strategy and execution. You will get to experiment, iterate, and have a full-spectrum experience where you can feel yourself making a real impact in creating real growth.

Core Responsibilities

Driving Revenue Growth by Key Account Management (70%)

  • Being the main point of contact with our key retail partners, keeping a super responsive communication flow and building our relationships with them
  • Strategizing, budgeting, planning and execution of rolling 6-12 month A&P/BTL plan (promos, displays etc.) with retail partners to drive same store sales velocity growth
  • Expand reach and distribution of Blood products by pitching and securing listings for new products in existing retailers, as well as expanding existing SKUs into more doors
  • Manage and own sales revenue actuals vs rolling forecast vs budget on an account, category, and SKU level
  • Ensure OSA targets are met by collaborating closely with trade marketing, merchandisers, supply chain, and ensuring sufficiency of retailer-side reordering
  • Work closely with trade marketing to ensure displays, promotion price tags, and POSMs in stores are executed on time and in full
  • Evaluate retailer programs, packages and thematic campaigns as retailers propose them, and participate in a win-win manner when the right opportunities arise
  • Identify & prioritize any other opportunities for growth through our retail channels
  • Regularly monitor listings/doors by SKUs, as well as analyze sell-out data and promo uplift in volume and value

New channel development (15%)

  • Open new sales channels for the brand - Hunt, pitch and list our products into retailers across Malaysia, followed by ensuring a strong in-store launch

Cross-functional collaboration (15%)

  • Collaborate with the Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Marketing functions for brand-level campaigns, GWPs, contests etc. to grow our presence within stores, catch shopper attention, and plant persuasive POSMs in stores
  • Align and communicate with Supply Chain and Finance teams for S&OP demand forecasting, and order fulfillment to prevent OOS in stores, as well as monthly debit note and TTA reconciliation

Skills & Qualifications

  1. 2-5 years experience in one of the following: sales, marketing, business development, account management or project management
  2. A teachable/coachable spirit - this is critical because you will be pulling the biggest levers of Blood's growth
  3. Organized & highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
  4. Fast learner and a team player, while being detail-oriented
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills
