Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the management of customer accounts, including updating customer information and collection of documents & payment details.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience processes and procedures
Help and support organize and participate in customer events and promotions.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvements
Perform Market analysis and research on competitors
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines.
Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
