Job Description:- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Identify and opening of new accounts of partners and/or dealers.- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor the progress of client projects, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.- Manage contract renewals and amendments, addressing any contractual issues as they arise.
Conduct research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences and industry developments to inform product and service improvements.
Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports on tasks progress.- Other works assigned by Supervisor.
Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, especially in Mandarin.
At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, experienced in manufacturing is advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
