We are a dynamic and passionate team building towards delivering award-winning and cost-effective exhibit design, production, and support services all around the world. We are actively launching products and fashion shows, to trade exhibitions and non-profit fundraisers.
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Exhibition Organiser to join our dynamic team. As an Exhibition Organiser, you will be responsible for managing and executing various events, ensuring their successful planning and implementation. You are someone who form part of a companys in-house team, promote companys brand and specialize in exhibitions.
Planning exhibition hall layouts and activities programme such as workshops, seminars and demonstrations.
- Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events.
Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations at all times- Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to establish the requirements for an event, and serve as liaison to senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process
Advertising and publicity for events, including writing promotional activities and press releases.
- Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
Meeting tight deadlines, and some long hours during exhibition times.- Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event review; manage on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown; and ensure consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
Travel: during the working day and absence from home overnight is occasional.- Working hours: these are mainly Monday-to-Friday office hours, but additional unsocial hours can include evenings and weekends.
Location: opportunities exist mainly in towns or cities throughout the country.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge in Autocad will be a plus.
