We are looking for a skilled Junior Test Analyst to elevate our testing processes.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in testing techniques (Black Box, White Box) and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Experience in requirement analysis and documenting testing artifacts (Test Plan, Test Cases, etc.).
Familiarity with banking domain applications (Payments, Loans) and regulatory requirements.
Design and manage test cases, ensuring adherence to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Execute and prioritize test cases, accurately report results, perform impact and root cause analysis.
Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
API testing Experience
Strong independent and team-based problem-solving skills to meet deadlines.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Katalon).
