Responsible for design and coordination of system and structural drawings for customers.
To organize and monitor the performance of sub-contractors, workmen, supplier's quality of materials, and overall efficiency of the works to the highest level in accordance to the drawings and specifications
Review site progression reports and any other related paper works as required by company, clients or authorities
Monitoring sub-contractors on leading site workers in planning and execution of days to days operation
Checking drawing for submission and installation purpose
Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems
Reviewing government regulations and ordinances from time to time and ensure all parties comply Site Safety Policy and Regulations
To attend meeting with clients, authorities and others when necessary
Review project specification, design calculation and system drawing
To attend any authoritys inspection
Follow up with sub-contractor on site progress and report to superior by daily basis
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in civil engineering/ chemical engineering or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome; Preferably Junior executive with experience in engineering of civil/construction/equivalent
Can speak in English & Mandarin
Proficiency with MS Office and construction application software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet the deadlines
