Bachelor's Degree in Applied Statistics/Computer Science or similar qualification or relevant working experience (5 years of relevant working experience for senior roles).
Strong mathematical, statistical, or actuarial background.
Experienced in AI and Data Science, including:
Machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised)
Programming proficiency in Python for AI and data science tasks.
Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
