Open Position: Junior Sales Executive
A reputable manufacturing company is looking to hire a Junior Sales
Executive to join their sales team based in their Batu Caves office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a certificate/diploma in business or marketing or similar field and with more than 2 years work experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Prepare and ensure shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Marine Insurance Policy, Bill of Landing, Covering Letter, Form D are in order.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers on pricing, product technical details and quality problems.
- Ensure all shipments are sufficiently insured against marine risk, coordinate shipping arrangements, report abnormalities and propose counter-measures.
- Proficiency in both writing and speaking of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is compulsory.
