Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and represent the company at industry events to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hire.
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a equivalent.- At least 2 years of experience in-house recruitment.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment field, preferably manufacturing industry/retail industry.
- Solid experience in talent sourcing techniques/tools.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a strong passion in Talent Acquisition.
