Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.- Perform cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to work and contractors claims.
Measure and value the work done on site.
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Monitor and keep track of project progress, and check for any variations.- Assist in the preparation of monthly valuation reports.
Support the procurement of construction services, ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Assist in managing and administering contracts.- Help prepare final accounts and project completion reports.
Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager.
