Responsibilities- Prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
- Taking-off for quantities
- Estimation and Pricing of works
- Prepare Tender Document and Tender Calling
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants
- Attend Client Consultant Meeting(s)
- Prepare Interim Claims, verification of VO
- Other duties as assigned by superior and manager
- Job Requirement:
- Candidates must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Possess positive attitude, strong oral and communication skills.
- Able to take-off manually & using softwares (Glodon, etc.)
- Able to works systematically and meet stipulated deadline.
- Able to work under pressure and extra hours.
- Independent, mature with pleasant personality, multi-tasking and fast learner.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel from time to time depending on project site (as
required)
- Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
