Managing multiple projects, including supervising the preparation, build-up, and dismantling of event/exhibition activities.
To communicate effectively with all internal and external parties for processing and preparation of relevant documentations to ensure smooth operation.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective pricing and service levels.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project.

Minimum education is Diploma
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -Proven experience or education in project management.
Language requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Excellent communication skills to interact with sales, design, development, and clients effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail crucial for managing multiple projects.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to ensure quality control and maintain accountability for project deliverables.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs) is preferred.
