Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Production Assistant to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist with the production of written and video content, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained. Your responsibilities will include proofreading write-ups, proof-watching videos, and supporting various production-related tasks.
Proofreading: Review and proofread written content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Video Proofing: Watch video content to check for errors, inconsistencies, and overall quality, ensuring it meets our standards before publication.
Content Support:
Assist in the preparation and organization of content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.Coordination:
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.Quality Assurance: Perform final checks on content and materials to ensure all production deliverables meet company standards.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the production team as needed, including organizing files, scheduling, and other tasks.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a production, content creation, or similar role is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
