Key Responsibilities:- Audit and manage performance programs, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Assist and respond to departmental inquiries related to daily operations including fund management, payment processing, claim requests, platform management, money systems, affiliate management, and resolving credit card issues.- Support superiors with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Minimum SPM qualification.- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written).
At least 1 year of experience in payroll, fraud & risk analyst, customer service,
- administrative roles, or finance/payment operations.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and report irregularities.- Positive attitude with a mild-mannered approach, ensuring accuracy and systematic
task completion.
- Sensitivity to system changes and administrative tasks.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.- Availability to work on weekends or public holidays as needed, with replacementleave options.
Experience in finance or payment-related roles.- Familiarity with compliance and audit processes.
Working Mode : 3 months probation WFH after that Hybrid Mode Performance bonus (up to 6 months depending on individual & company performance)
