We specialize in Real Estate Advisors, Cadastral Surveys, Engineering Surveys, Orthophoto Surveys (UAV), Topographic Measurements, Underground Utility Measurements (UDM), Hydrographic Measurements, and Strata Measurements delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join us.

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. Working closely with our Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing activities and campaigns across multiple channels.

• Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house marketing team.

1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing graphic designer, or related field (internship experience may be considered).

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media management tools).

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

• Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation.

• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.

Assist with market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into design work to maintain relevance and innovation.

Manage the entire lifecycle of tender documentation, including gathering, organizing, and maintaining files by company standards.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect necessary information and documents for tender submissions.

Submit tender proposals through online portals or physical delivery channels, following specified procedures.
