Junior Marketing Executive

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for clients.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Support the creation of compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across various channels.

• Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.

• Support the coordination of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge within the team.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Prior experience in marketing, either through internships, coursework, or part-time positions, is preferred.

• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

• Basic design skills and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
