Role: Junior Java Developer

- Job Type: 12-month contract (after completing 12-month contract, renew or there is a chance to be converted into permanent staff under Skill Quotient, depending on the performance)
- Job Location: Jabatan Perangkaan Malaysia, Federal Government Administrative Centre, Block C6, Complex C, Lebuh Perdana Selatan, Presint 1, 62514 Putrajaya.

MANDATORY. Basic Java programming must be strong.
MANDATORY. Able to read and interpret Java log files.
Involved in project developments is a plus.
Designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework and microservices architecture.
Experience in Spring Boot and JPA is a plus.
Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services using Java and Spring Boot.
Producing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshooting production issues, performance issues, and security issues.
Good understanding of OOP concepts, and back-end applications development designs.
Knowledge of UML
- 0 design.
Knowledge of both source control tools (i.e. Git, GitLab, etc.)
Good understanding of clean code principles, OOP principles, and security.
Experience in RDBMS design is a must. Especially Postgres, Oracle and MySQL.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
