Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite support of IP telephony, network, and data systems, and manage the ongoing maintenance of those systems.
Assist with troubleshooting support tickets escalated from Tier 1 Support including diagnosis of hardware and software issues.
Phone system and network administration and programming.
Participate in Telephone/Data system design meetings; work with Engineering, end users, and other internal and external groups to understand the project requirements and meet deadlines.
Ensuring the development of documentation, including appropriate policies and procedures for all aspects of VoIP network
Able to troubleshoot with the Network team on network issues related to VOIP technologies
installation, administration, operation, trouble diagnosis and maintenance of VoIP, unified communications and call center equipment for major relocation actions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent professional certificate.
At least 6 month of working experience in the IT-related field will be added advantage.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues
Responsible and team play.
Be a self-learner, a team player, and able to work in a different environment
Basic technical knowledge in Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft products, servers, switches, security systems, and structured cabling, and other general applications.
Proactive working attitude, result-oriented and independent.
Full-Time/contract position and possess own transport
Communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Product training will be provided
Working hours : Mon - Fri
- 00am to 6pm
Basic Salary + EPF/ Socso / Eis

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
