To work as an effective and efficient member of the IT team, supporting the team to reach its objectives. To carry out IT routine and technical processes in order to support students, teachers and services, and visitors.
- Setup IT equipment as necessary for both new and existing staff. In addition, troubleshoot IT problems encountered by staff members.
Provide AV system setup and support as necessary.- Troubleshooting and responding to IT related matters/breakdowns, maintenance of Windows and MacOS, email (Gmail and Office365), printing system, wifi connection, iPad and projector.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Setting up account for new users.
Well acquainted with MS Office suite and Google Doc.- Repairing and replacing laptop and AV equipment as necessary
Maintaining records of IT assets and software license
- Ensure stock of goods (e.g. printer cartidges and paper), IT inventory are up to date.
Other tasks as assigned by superior.
Certificate or Diploma in IT or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or have experience providing IT support is an advantage.
- Candidate are expected to the following:
- Knowledge of using Windows operating systems, including Windows server, MacOS and iOS.
Knowledge of using Windows Active Directory and remote desktop such as Anydesk or Teamviewer.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Google Suits
Knowledge of basic physical networking such as wifi and wired connections.- Knowledge of managing printing systems and IP phone PABX.
