Job Description

Job Description:

  • Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in hardware and software technical problems

  • Ensure the efficient operation of IT system and peripheral

  • Managing IT inventory and assets

  • Maintaining IT documentation and user management in systems/tools

  • Proficient in network sharing/file sharing/printer sharing

  • Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/tools

  • Familiar with remote programs

  • Willing to travel to perform on site support

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
