- Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources- Coordinates well with other CS, superiors, and colleagues from other departments
Promptly following up with customers to address and resolve issues.
- Managing and prioritizing customer escalations to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Previous 1-2 years of working experience in customer service in IT related field.- Customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and assist both internal and external customers.
Good understanding of Unix or Linux systems.
- Familiarity with network settings and troubleshooting.
Must have a sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
