JOB SUMMARYThe Interior Designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per requirement, sourcing products, and materials, determining costs, and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for creating design concepts and translating into the same design details and execution.
- To coordinate design issues among contractors, relevant consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor design development, submission program, and tender documentation to ensure delivery of project schedule.- Resolve design issues at all stages of the project.
Assist to establish design standards and specifications for future projects.
- To strictly supervise and ensure the work done in compliance with approved specifications.
Design presentations to clients.- To carry out design documentation, specifications, and details including cost evaluation.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design or related fields.- Minimum 2-3 years of interior design experience
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch Up
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as maintain good working relationships with team members.
Dedicated and result oriented, problem solver- Good working attitude, creativity, and resourcefulness (in material selections, etc.)
Can start to work immediately is an advantage.
