Junior HSE Officer

Position : HSES Officer

Status : 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY

Salary : Up to RM5000 negotiable

Allowances : Transport RM200, Meal Allowance RM150

Client Industry : Oil and Gas Industry (Flexible Piping Manufacturer)

Location : Tanjung Langsat Port, Pasir Gudang

Working days : 4 days work, 2 days off, 1 rest day

Working Hour : 7am-7pm 7pm/7am

Requirement

· Min SPM/ diploma in Safety related / in engineering.

· Excellent understanding of impact HSE.

· good command of written and spoken English and able to write HSE reports.

· Additional a certificate in SHON & NIOSH is added advantage.

Job description

· Ensure comprehensive risk assessment and environmental aspect impact being assess, review and records for every work.

· Conduct in house HSE training and briefing to staff and contractor.

· Conduct workplace and machinery observations, inspections, audits and enforce compliance in work area.

· Ensure comprehensive risk assessments and environmental aspect impact being assess, review and records for every work activity in clients.

· Conduct in-house HSE training and briefing to staff and contractors.

· Prepares HSE performance reports, maintain database and records and propose for continuous improvements.

· Develop, plan and maintain PPE management to mitigate potential risk and compliance to clients and DOSH requirements.

· Develop, plan and maintain chemicals management in clients to ensure compliance to legal requirements.
