Recruitment Support:- Assist in posting job advertisements and managing job boards.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
Employee Onboarding:- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Ensure new hires complete all compliance documents.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
HR Administration:- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other records.- Handle routine HR queries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Performance Management Support:- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
Compile performance evaluation forms and track completion rates.- Help with the preparation of performance reports and documentation.
Employee Relations:- Support the resolution of employee concerns.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.- Provide basic advice on company policies and procedures.
Training and Development:- Coordinate for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Assist in tracking employee training records and development plans.- Help in preparing training materials and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including medical benefit and retirement plans.
Help with payroll processing tasks and ensure timely and accurate employee payments.- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
Compliance and Record Keeping:- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation.HR Reporting:
Compile and generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment status, and training completion.
- Assist in analyzing HR data and providing insights to support decision-making.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Assist with organizing and maintaining HR files and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Typically requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Entry-level experience in HR or a related administrative role is often preferred but not always required.
