- Monitoring and updating daily time attendance record, leave record, overtime, disciplinary issues and etc for all employees.
- Monitoring and maintaining records of annual leave, sick leave and absenteeism for all employees.
- Monitoring and maintaining records of outpatient medical expenses for all employees to the approved individual employees within budget limit.
- Collect and verify overtime hours worked for all employees.
- Preparation and distribution of payroll for all employees.
- Performs any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
- Assist on recruitment plan and conduct interview session.
- Assist on conducting Induction Training For New Staff.
- Requirement:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or BBA.
Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
Possess positive attitude, able to multi task, self-motivate, work independently Must possess own transport and able to travel.
