Junior Graphic Designer cum E-Commerce

Junior Graphic Designer tasks:

• Design & Update product listing for Online Usage, such as E-Commerce & Website

Photo-shooting and video editing for products related

• Develop social media graphics and content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Producing Catalog for Offline Sales purpose

• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.

Design product images, packaging, and labels to enhance the online shopping experience.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for promotional campaigns.

Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our visual assets.

• Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Junior E-Commerce Task:

• Responsible & ownership for all client brand official store related matters on e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok.

Data Analytics To review and analyze data which is pertinent to the brand to drive performance and suggest countermeasures.

• To explore and improve e-commerce platform sales by effectively utilizing all available and upcoming e-platform marketing tools.

Order Fulfillment and customer experience Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely order processing, accurate packaging and prompt shipment

• Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, track stocks levels, and initiate restocking activities to avoid stock outs.

Job Requirement:

• This job is related with E-Commerce Based - Audio Visual & Electronic Products

Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and video editing

• Good working attitude

Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
