Responsibilities:
- Serve as a secondary backup to Reception.
- Handle special projects and requests as assigned.
- Field calls for the CEO.
- Manage contacts and personal accounts for the CEO.
- Oversee CEO donations.
- Sort and distribute the CEOs mail.
- Troubleshoot technological issues.
- Produce and issue communications, both internally and externally, to promote events such as exhibitions, conferences, and workshops.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for events and related promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in CRM or Marketing.
- Experience with data analysis software such as Quantum, particularly for market research.
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Engineering Sciences, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Final-year students able to work full-time are also welcome to apply.
- Willingness to further develop skills in data processing and programming languages.
- Self-driven, responsible, and organized, with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
