What you'll be working on:
- Monthly Financial Closing: Assist Seniors in ensuring timely and accurate submission of accounting entries while maintaining the integrity of financial data of international entities.
- Audit Schedule: Perform specific reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and fixed assets schedules on a monthly basis.
- Daily Operation: Assist Seniors in processing staff reimbursement claims.
- Bank Reconciliation: Extract bank statement and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Data Entry: Perform monthly account data entry into QuickBooks accounting system.
- Data Collection: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that accounting documents provided comply with company policies or procedures.
- Ad-hoc assignment: Support Seniors/Managers in various ad-hoc tasks from time to time
What we're looking for:
- Fresh graduates with Diploma are welcome to apply!
- Basic Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in Accounting.
- Communication: Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and work well to meet deadlines.
- Commencement date: as soon as possible.
