Plan and manage the factory/warehouse operations (communicate, site, checking, receipt, physical delivery, cycle count, packing, distribution and storage) to secure best outcome of warehouse processes in terms of service, quality.
- Supply Chain projects management.
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.- To coordinate with Site for delivery arrangement and planning.
Manage, maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Organise, maintain and manage inventory levels and stockcontrols.
Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.- Reporting information and conditional to superior.
Perform other duties assigned and directed by Management.
- To perform calculation material by using Excel and software.
Candidate with a diploma or degree in Business Studies/Administration, Inventory Control/Warehouse Management, and Logistics / Transportation will be most welcome.
- 2yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia- Organizational, time management mathematical skills
Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills basic knowledge.
- Good knowledge of computer software ( Microsoft Works &Excel ). <if proficient software skill autocount.>
