KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:(A) Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
(B) Candidate Engagement:
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
(C) Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and reports as required.
(D) Off-Boarding Support:
-Assist in the preparation of off-boarding documentation, including resignation letters and exit interviews.
- Coordinate the return of company property and access cards from departing employees.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
(E) Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
- To perform any ad hoc task which assigned by Management from time to time.
Candidate possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management
- With 1 year working experience in the recruitment or HR support role is added advantage
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encourage to apply- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Willing to work at Seri Kembangan, Balakong
