Junior Executive - Database Administrator

_REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:_

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT in related field from recognized university

1-2 years experience

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply Able to operate Oracle, Enterprise DB in production environment is a plus

• GIS knowledge is a plus

Experience UNIX shell scripting and/or Programming capabilities.

• Able to multi task

Good interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced implementation environment

• Willing to learn new technologies and operating environments

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:_

• Identifying and resolving database performance issues

Assisting in developing security schemes for database environments as well as assisting in disaster recovery as necessary

• Analyzes documents flow, researchers and resolves EDI processing errors.

Supporting database functions by designing and coding utilites.

• Data Patching

Routine activities such as backing up & restoration of systems.

• To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time
