Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to support tickets and providing L1 support to end-to-end users
- Provide application and business support to Consultants (Applications and Technical)
- Maintain configuration set by Consultants across all markets
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Prepare reports and data management tasks
- Implementing changes to crystal report layouts
- Delivering training to end users across the globe
- Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to line manager (if required)
- Evaluate issues escalate to other teams where appropriate
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and above or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP Business One/Netsuite or similar ERP
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Presenting regular updates to respective line manager (Global Finance Lead Support)
- A team player with having flexibility with working hours
- SAP Business One or other ERP Certified would be advantageous
Technical Skills Required:
- Microsoft Excel knowlege
- SQL Server Database
- Boyum
- Develop reports using SQL, Sharperlight, and/or Crystal Reports
- Knowledge on SAP Business One Add-Ons (EFM Format Definition, DTW, Payment & Intercompany)
