JOB VACANCY JUNIOR ENGINEER (NETWORK/ SECURITY/ INFRA) Work location: Putrajaya
Salary range: MYR 3, Starting date: Immediately

Key duties/ responsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting existing system
Provide first-level support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Assist users with technical inquiries and problems via phone, email, or in person.
Supports all Network LAN/WAN/Security/VoIP by designing, implementing, and troubleshooting needed data connectivity.
Experience in working with operating systems that are based on the Unix or Linux base.
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Networking/Computer Studies or any related field
At least 1 year experience in Management Information System or Operator
Proficiency in Malay/ English
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Hands on experience in network/ security devices
Possess CCNA / CCNP would be an added advantage
