At activpayroll, Payroll and HR services are the core of our expertise. As we embark on our continued journey of growth, we are excited to invite a Junior EMS Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will not only manage payroll processes but also deliver HR services to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for newcomers to payroll to develop and enhance both HR and payroll skills.
On a typical day, it looks like this...
Youll be hands on managing your own client portfolio, processing end to end payrolls, importing payroll information into our payroll software and maintaining payroll records
You'll be involved in the preparation of reports, handle administrative tasks and implement client instructions accurately
You'll update payroll information and ensure changes are reviewed in a timely manner
Youll be the focal point for your clients, managing any queries they might have and giving them fantastic customer support
Youll have an eye on service delivery, looking out for opportunities for us to make improvements to our processes and procedures that can support the ongoing development of the team

You've recently joined the world of payroll and are looking to develop your skills in both payroll and HR
You have clear communication skills, both written and verbal
You're great with numbers and have a keen eye for detail
You're customer focussed with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with a focus on accuracy and delivery
