Requirements:_
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Cantonese (as you may need to liaise with Mandarin or Cantonese speaking customers)
Fresh graduates welcome. 1-2 Year(s)
of working experience in the related field is required for this position is an advantage.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok shop) is an advantage.- Preferably Entry Level or Junior specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and communication skill in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
.- Excellent command of writing English.
Good in teamwork, organizational skills and administration.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and preferably based in Selangor.
Have own transportation will be preferred.
_Job Description & Responsibilities:
_- Manage marketplaces including sales and account performance.
Handle daily marketplace operation, include shipping, order processing, customer service.
- Answer basic customer services regarding sale, shipping and other questions.
Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.- Handle data and file processing.
Good understanding in Excel.
- Understand how to priorities duties given and meet criterial deadlines.
