• Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the analysis, development, and implementation of business solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and assist in the creation of detailed reports.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and implement business solutions.

• Create detailed reports, process maps, and flowcharts to support business decision-making.

Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.

• Support the testing and validation of new systems and processes.

Maintain and update project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience:

0-2 years of experience in a business analyst or related role.

• Internships or relevant project experience in business analysis or data analysis is preferred.
