Job Responsibilities:- Daily Operations: Assist in the smooth operation of the bar counter with guidance from senior staff.
Beverage Preparation:
Prepare a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, juice, and smoothies, following established recipes and quality standards.Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately, with a keen attention to details like coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues to senior staff.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.Customer Feedback:
Relay customer feedback to senior staff and provide input on new menu items.
Experience:
Previous work experience in a similar role would be advantageousBasic Barista Skills:
Familiarity with basic barista skills and techniques.Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
