Junior Agronomist
We are seeking a Junior Agronomist (field technical assistant) to join our team, which is dedicated to promoting sustainable farming practices. We are committed to delivering one of the highest quality of organic fertilizer to enhance crop productivity while preserving the environment.
Job Description:
As a Junior Agronomist, you will play a vital role in our team by contributing to various aspects of agricultural research and management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage Overall Report Submitted by Our Team.
Design and Manage Trial Plot.- Record Farm's or Plantation's Record.
Follow Our Team, Visit Farms and Conduct Analysis
Willingness to travel outstation as required. Transportation will be provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Agriculture Science, Soil Science, Agronomy, or other related disciplines.
Willing to travel outstation - 90% outstation.- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Deep or basic understanding of fertilizers, nutrients needed by crops, soil health, and crop management practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
