Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
  • Post journal entries for transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Process and track invoices from vendors and clients.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports for clients.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure that employee compensation, benefits, and tax deductions are correctly processed.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements with internal records.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their accounts, invoices, and financial queries.
  • Work closely with senior accountants and auditors to complete financial audits.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying trends or discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Mandarin Speaker is preferable.
  • Diploma / Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing a degree in a relevant field).
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Previous experience or internships in an accounting or finance-related role is a plus.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
