Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Accounts Executive is responsible for handling both internal accounting and potential external client service duties. This role requires a well-rounded individual with strong financial and analytical skills, as well as the ability to provide high-quality services to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Internal Accounting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Provide financial data and insights to support the decision-making processes of the management team.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
External Client Service:
  • Provide accounting and advisory services to select clients, including financial reporting, tax planning, and consulting.
Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Fresh grad are welcome.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Xero, Microsoft Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,300.00 per month
