Job responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and uploading of journal entries for group consolidated management reports.
- Assist in extracting and compiling data for monthly flash.
- Assist with reconciliation and variance analysis exercises, including but not limited to foreign currency exposure analysis.
- Provide support to other team members for all finance and accounting matters as and when required.
- Involve in system implementation.
- Participate in project, company initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in ad hoc report requested by management from time to time.
Job requirement and qualification
- A diploma/ degree/ professional certificate in Accounting or of relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2-5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage
- Strong excel skills, including Vlookup, pivot table etc.
- Candidate with experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge of consolidation is highly advantageous.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Positive working attitude, high integrity and willingness to learn.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
- To be based at Johor Bharu.
