Junior Account and Finance Executive

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Account and Finance Executive to join our team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of ledgers.
Participate in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and the monitoring of financial performance against budgets.
  • Assist in the execution of financial audits, both internal and external, and implement audit recommendations.
Assist senior in managing cash flow, including forecasting and cash management strategies.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory compliance documents.
Provide administrative support to the finance department, including document management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in the analysis of financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Engage in continuous learning and keep up to date with financial regulations and best practices.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
