We are looking to hire someone with the attitude to change, build, and growth. He/she shall report to the Finance Manager
- Perform daily accounts payable entries.
- Enter and code financial transactions appropriately.
- Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings.
- Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.
- Make bank deposits and keep up records.
- Track expenses related to projects and jobs.
- Validate invoices against items or services received.
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
- Key data into a company accounting system.
- Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
- Perform duties as and when required by the Management.
- REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma, Degree in accounting or finance.- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, internship, or coursework in accounting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the finance field.
Able to work for 5.5 days per week- Work base at I-City Golden Triangle (Shah Alam)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
